(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No. 3 and 4 for release of detenue-Kuldeep. On 11.11.2019, Warrant Officer was appointed to secure the custody of the detenue and the case was fixed for today. Learned State counsel has pointed out that as per the report, FIR No. 343 dated 11.11.2019 under Sections 25, 54 of Arms Act, 1959 has been registered against the detenue at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar.

Keeping in view the above, no further action is required to be taken.

The petition is disposed of.
