Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she restricts her prayer to issuance of a direction for deciding application dated 13.6.2023 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner vide which the petitioner prayed for grant of furlough for four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no order has been passed on the said application till date.

Learned State counel, however, expressed that he does not have instructions about the said application.

Given the fact that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of furlough is stated to be still pending, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to consider and finally dispose of the application dated 13.6.2023 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner seeking grant of Pankaj Kakkar 2024.11.05 15:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
