On 20.10.2023 notice of motion was issued. On 29.11.2024 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the following order was passed:

" As per the office report, notices could not be issued to the respondents as process fee was not filed along with copies of revision petition.

Let the process fee along with copies of revision petition be filed within two weeks from today and on doing so, fresh notice be issued to the respondents through the Civil Judge (Senior Division) concerned, returnable 03.03.2025."

As per the office report notices could not be issued to the respondents due to non-filing of process fee. 3.
