(ORAL) Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner argues that petitioner is entitled for the pay-scale of `37400-67000+9000 grade pay w.e.f. 29.03.2014 i.e. the date when the petitioner completed three years of service as an Assistant Professor, but the said benefit is not being extended to the petitioner by the respondents without any valid justification. The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to grant the said pay-scale w.e.f. 29.03.2014 as well as the revised leave encashment for the period 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2014. In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the representation dated 19.05.2018 (Annexure P-7) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to him within a period of three months thereafter.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
