The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.5 is not properly investigating in case FIR No.275 dated 13.09.2019 under Sections 147,149,323,325 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on), registered at P.S Kosli, District Rewari.
It is stated that on 05.09.2019, when the petitioner was going to throw away the cow dung, accused persons, who were standing in the street attempted to molest her. On being resisted, they inflicted injuries on her. A representation is stated to have been made in this regard earlier to respondent No.2 however, no action thereon has been taken. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner, if permitted, shall file a fresh representation to respondent No.2 qua her grievance within a period of one week from today. Notice of motion.
