The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to issue him appointment letter.

Learned State counsel during the course of hearing produced corrigendum dated 31.01.2024 disclosing that the petitioner has already been recommended for the post of Constable. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to controvert the said fact, however submits that he may be granted liberty to move appropriate application, if cause survives 4.

Disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
