Counsel for the petitioner further states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended by the Civil Surgeon, Mansa to the Director, Health & Family Welfare Department, Punjab, vide letter dated 10.05.2018 (Annexure P-7), but still nothing has been done by the respondents with regard to the grant of the said relief to the petitioner. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to him within a period of next three months.
