The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 3 & 4.

It is submitted that an FIR No. 193 dated 15.10.2023 under Section 307, 323, 506, 34 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959 has been lodged against the son of petitioner No. 1, who apparently seems to be the husband of petitioner No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his prayer is only to the extent that the petitioners should not be harassed by the PARUL 2023.10.20 19:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to be more vigilant and ensure that the lady constable goes with them, in case, they have to raid the house of the petitioners and no harassment is caused to them.

With the above said direction, the present petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
