By filing the present application, review of the order dated 3.11.2015 passed by this Court has been sought. Along with the review application, application for condonation of 657 days' delay in filing thereof has also been filed.

Delay application After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the judgments of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others vs Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015(2) RCR (Civil) 437 and Dhiraj Singh (D) Tr. LRs. vs Haryana State and others, 2015 (2) RCR (Civil) 507, delay of 657 days in filing the Review Application is condoned. RA-RF No.203-CI of 2017 -2However, for the period of delay in filing the Review Application, the applicant shall not be entitled to interest on the enhanced compensation, if any.

Review Application Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the issue raised in the present Review Application has already been decided by this Court vide order passed in RA-RF No. 173/CI of 2016 in RFA No. 3520 of 2006 - Bhim Singh and others vs State of Haryana and another, decided on 21.11.2016.

For the detailed reasons recorded in Bhim Singh's case (supra), the present Review Application is disposed of in the same terms. However, the landowner shall not be entitled to interest, if any, for the period of delay in filing the review application i.e. 657 days.
