****   /"$ #0% Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 21.08.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for the cases of Heinous Crime Against Women, Karnal; whereby charges have been framed against the petitioner under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Butana, District Karnal in case FIR No. 0195 dated 22.04.2019.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Sub-Inspector Parveen Kumar, Police Station Butana, District Karnal, informs that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial in the present case has concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal vide judgment dated 12.10.2023.
