Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, submits that pursuant to the order dated 2.12.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation, but certain articles are still to be recovered from him. Merely because some alleged articles still remained to be recovered, is no ground to seek custody of the petitioner. The facts regarding the alleged dowry and its entrustment is a matter of trial.
