(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in complaint case CIS No.NACT164/2019 dated 22.11.2019 titled "Sharanjit Singh v. Som Datt" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other remedy in accordance with law.
