The same is taken on record. In compliance of order dated 31.10.2024 passed by this Court, report of the concerned Magistrate has been received as per which statements of the parties along with investigating officer have been recorded. Copies of these statements have also been annexed with the report. However, learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that though the parties had arrived at a compromise but some terms of the compromise could not be complied with due to certain circumstances. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
