The petitioners have filed the instant revision petition seeking modification of order dated 06.08.2022 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bathinda whereby an application filed by the petitioners for grant of maintenance pendent lite has been partly allowed and the respondent has been directed to pay Rs.3,000/- per month only to petitioner No.1 and Rs.5,000/- per month each to petitioners No.2 and 3.

In the present case, notice of motion was issued on 10.01.2023 for 29.03.2023. Since the address of the respondent was incomplete, the notice sent to the respondent was received back unserved and on 29.03.2023 direction was issued to learned counsel for the petitioners to furnish complete address of the respondent. However, on the next date of hearing i.e. 10.08.2023 neither the fresh address of the respondent was furnished nor anyone appeared on behalf of the petitioners and another opportunity was granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to furnish correct address of the respondent. As per office report, the correct address of the respondent has not been furnished so far and today also none is present on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to further pursue the present petition.
