Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.188 dated 19.07.2023 registered under Sections 447, 511, 427, 379, 506 IPC at Police Station Patran, District Patiala including GD No. 42 dated 29.07.2023 as well as subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners. 2.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is evident that after thorough investigation, the police has sent the petitioner to face trial. The petitioner has an efficacious remedy to raise all his pleas before the competent Court at the time of framing of charges as the inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are to be invoked in exceptional circumstances. Furthermore, there are also disputed questions of facts regarding the title of the land, which cannot be adjudicated in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 6.

Dismissed.
