The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 30.10.1990, vide which the petition was disposed of in terms of CWP No.5563-A of 1989.

In the aforesaid writ petition, the refund was allowed to the petitioners for the period, which was within limitation and it was directed that the petitioner cannot get arrears beyond the period of limitation.

The SLP filed by the State of Haryana was dismissed on 10.05.2018.

Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Director, Elementary Education Haryana, Panchkula, submits that the calculations of pay fixation has been done as per the office order (Annexure R-1).

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
