VINOD S. BHARDWAJ J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition is for seeking quashing of the letter dated 10.01.2018 (Annexure P-3) vide which the entry of the petitioner to the Haryana Civil Secretariat has been recommended to be banned.

It is evident that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two dates of hearing successively. The position has remained unchanged today as well.

It seems that the petitioner is no more interested to pursue the present writ petition.
