(ORAL) Perusal of the order dated 11.08.2020 shows that the petitioner was granted interim bail on the ground of illness of his wife. He was required to surrender before the trial Court on 09.09.2020 but he did not surrender on the date fixed and was arrested only on 09.08.2021.
Learned State counsel submits that out of total 12 prosecution witnesses, 11 witnesses have already been examined and now the case is fixed for 04.02.2023. Owing to the conduct of the petitioner, no ground is made out to release the petitioner on regular bail. Dismissed.
