   JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions for investigation in case FIR No.367 dated 25.09.2023 under Section 346 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Reetu, submits that in the captioned FIR Sections 376(2)(n), 506, 120-B IPC have been added and the charges stand framed against respondent No.4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

The present petition stands disposed of.
