**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 115 dated 12.9.2017, registered under Sections 302, 323, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that it is merely on the statement of PW-5 Harmesh Kaur, the petitioners have been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C whereas her husband Jaswinder Singh, in his statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., has not named the petitioners. He further submits that challan has been presented, charges have been framed and trial is on.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. S.S.Cheema, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State and has not disputed the factum of filing of challan and framing of charge.
