This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 27.12.2023 (Annexure P-10). 2.

A perusal of the order sheets would reveal that the matter has been adjourned repeatedly at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners. Today again, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners prays for an adjournment, which is totally unjustified. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
