Reply by way of an affidavit of Mukesh Kumar, HPS, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tauru has been filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 and the same is taken on record, along with documents Annexure R-1 to Annexure R-8.

The state council while referring to statements annexure R1 and R2 submits that the petitioners while appearing before the police authorities have made aforesaid statements wherein they specifically stated that now they are not apprehending any threat from the side of private respondents. Learned state counsel also referred to the statements Annexure R-3 to Annexure R-8 which were got recorded by the private respondents wherein all of them stated that they are having no objection to the live-in relationship being maintained by petitioners.

Faced with this situation, the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners made statement that the present petition be disposed of in the MAMTA 2025.01.16 10:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
CRWP-9885-2024 -2light of above said reply filed by the State, coupled with the statement made by the learned State counsel today.
