The present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to get the detenue i.e. petitioner's daughter namely Agamjot Kaur from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the daughter of the petitioner has been taken away by the respondent No.4, who happens to be the mother of the child. This is a matter concerning the custody of a 6 years old child between the two parents.

This Court finds no merit in the submission of the petitioner. 4.
Dismissed.
