Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to video-record/video-graph the nomination process/polling of votes.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to order dated 03.10.2024 passed in CWP-25707-2024 by the Division Bench, whereby similar prayer was made and disposed of and submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued in the same terms. 3.

In the light of the above, respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur is directed to conduct the video recording of polling of votes to be held on 15.10.2024.
