Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.380 dated 31.10.2019, under Sections 302 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Sections 212 & 216 IPC are added later on) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural.

Custody certificate dated 13.12.2023 filed by learned State counsel, is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the opposite side. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place. 3.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
