**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action by registering an FIR against respondents No. 5 to 9. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation was given to Commissioner of Police, Amritsar-respondent No. 2 on 24.2.2018 but till date, it has not been decided.

Without adverting to the allegations in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation, Annexure P-6 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petition disposed of.
