The only ground raised in the present writ petition is that the representation dated 10.09.2019 (Annexure P-15) moved by the petitioner under Section 101A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2017 has not been decided.

During the pendency of the writ petition, vide order dated 22.04.2022, the respondents were directed to consider the representation and pass an appropriate order. Though orders were passed, however, the same were passed in view of the orders passed by this Court in CWP-11498-2019 AMAN JAIN 2026.04.21 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-33375-2019 (O&M) -2titled as 'State of Haryana and Anr. Versus Nishabar Singh and Ors.' decided on 20.12.2024.

The learned counsel for the State has pointed out that a Special Leave Petition being SLP (Civil) Diary No.21185/2025 was preferred by the State of Haryana against the said order in which the operation of the order dated 20.12.2024 was stayed vide order dated 05.05.2025 and as such now there would be no impediment in deciding the representation (Annexure P15) filed by the petitioner herein. 4.

In view thereof, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.1Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner to decide the representation dated 10.09.2019 (Annexure P-15) moved by the petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today.
