Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 for video-recording of polling of votes of village Singhowal, Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, to be held on 15.10.2024. 2.

At the out set, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to order dated 03.10.2024 passed in CWP-25707-2024 by Division Bench , whereby similar prayer was made and disposed of and submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued in the same terms. 3.

In the light of the above, respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur is directed to conduct video recording of polling of votes, to be held on 15.10.2024.
