 **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take necessary steps to investigate in FIR No.746 dated 04.11.2018, under Sections 306 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that after thorough investigation in the above noted FIR, challan/final report stands presented before the Court concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the private respondents do not dispute the aforesaid fact. Since the challan has already been presented before the Court below, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
