(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Gurjit Kaur - in case FIR No.274 dated 27.10.2019 registered under Sections 323, 295, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

On instructions from SI Sumeet Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Gurjit Kaur - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 15.11.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
