***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.18 dated 23.10.2019, registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act at Police Station Vigilance Bureau Range, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of order dated 15.11.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Kuldeep Singh admits the aforestated fact and states that challan has been presented and the petitioner is not required for any GEETA RANI 2020.02.11 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
