**** It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that due to inadvertence, in the order dated 12.01.2018, the FAO Number has wrongly been mentioned as FAO No.4987 of 2017 instead of FAO No.4978 of 2017. The said mistake appears to be typographical and clerical in nature.
Accordingly, the FAO number mentioned as FAO No.4987 of 2017 be read as ''FAO No.4978 of 2017''.
