**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 224 dated 27.3.2019 under Sections 365, 379-A, 201, 412 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Bhiwani Sadar, District Bhiwani.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and has been in custody since 6.6.2019. He further submits that complainant namely Rajender appeared in the witness box as PW-2 but he was declared as hostile.
This fact has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. The petitioner has been in custody since 6.6.2019. The trial will take time to conclude. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars.
