In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is that the direction be issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad to pass appropriate orders keeping in view the order passed by the State Commissioner for the person with disabilities dated 21.06.2023 with regard to grant of deemed date of promotion on the basis of the reservation provided in favour of the disabled employee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the Legal Notice dated 28.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Middha, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the Legal Notice dated 28.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities RIYA 2023.11.06 17:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
