Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case NCB Crime No. 26/2018 dated 01.07.2018, registered under Section(s) 8, 21 & 23 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Narcotics Control Bureau, Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent affirmed the fact that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for investigation any further.
