(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 14.05.2019 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned District Judge, Ludhiana in a petition bearing IA/1/2019 in HMA Case No. 222 of 2010, whereby an application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been allowed; and only meager sum of Rs.12,000/- as maintenance pendente lite has been granted to the petitioner alongwith one time litigation expenses of Rs.20,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
