Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case FIR No.124 dated 01.05.2024, registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 of Emigration Act, at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal.

By virtue of order dated 14.10.2024, while granting interim protection, petitioner No.2, namely Santosh, was directed to join the investigation, whereas, the present petition was dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioners No. 1 and 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that petitioner No.2 has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed qua petitioner No.2 and the order dated 14.10.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
