(Oral) Pursuant to advertisement (P-1), petitioners were appointed to the post of Computer Attendants, on the recommendations of duly constituted selection committee. The details of their appointment has been mentioned in para No. 2 of the petition.

Petitioners are now seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the practice of the respondents to relieve them during vacations and further petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to allow them to continue till regular appointments are made and grant them salary of the vacation period as well as the minimum scale admissible to them.

This issue has already been dealt by this Court in a case of Anurag Chahal and others vs. State of Haryana and others, passed in CWP No. 33512-2018, decided on 19.12.2018.

In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to decide the legal notice dated 16.10.2018 (P-13) of the petitioners by passing a speaking order expeditiously, in view of above mentioned judgment.
