*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.204, dated 21.11.2018, under Sections 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Division No.2, Jalandhar (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise.
Pursuant to order dated 19.12.2018 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 29.01.2019 for recording their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.30/2019 dated 29.01.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide letter bearing No.274/G/JRK dated 30.01.2019.

CRM-M-57425 of 2018 --2-- Jalandhar, is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is genuine and valid. Also the statements of the parties are bonafide and are not result of any threat and coercion.
In compliance of order dated 11.02.2019, original receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, dated 29.01.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.204, dated 21.11.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only. Disposed of accordingly.
