As prayed for, the instant application is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted exemption from mentioning the Number of Roll of Advocates in the writ petition. CWP-26576-2025 2.

The lackadaisical and indolent approach of the respondent No.2 in deciding/responding to the petitioner's legal notice (Annexure P6), whereby the petitioner made request for refund of security fee of ₹ 20,000/-, unutilized mess fee of ₹ 7,500/-, and unutilized training and placement fee of ₹ 5,000/-, has propelled the petitioner to institute the instant writ petition seeking issuance of apposite directions to the respondent No.2.
