**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement No. 02/2011, the petitioner participated for the post of Patwari under OSP SC category. The result was declared on 26.07.2014 and the petitioner was placed in the waiting list at Sr. No. 5 in OSP SC category.

The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the petitioner came to know from RTI information that in the year 2017, some candidates from waiting list were appointed on the post of Patwari. In RTI information, the petitioner also came to know that the Commmission sent him letter but he did not come but the petitioner submitted a letter to the Director Land Record Haryana that he had not received any information and he was wrongly shown as absent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitoiner.

At this stage, no ground is made out for quashing order dated 04.07.2018 whereby the case of the petitioner for appointment was rejected, Gaurav Arora 2018.12.27 13:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

C.W.P No. 33521 of 2018 as the final result has already been declared on 26.07.2014 and the persons from waiting list has also been appointed. So, there is delay of almost more than three years to approch this Court.
