 / &0 ,1 The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the action/omission of the respondents concerned in not allowing the petitioner to re-join/adjust/continue on the post of Extension Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Physics).

Case has been called out twice, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

It has been averred in the petition that the grievance of the petitioner is similar to that of CWP-19461 of 2022 which has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2022.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.09.2022 passed in CWP-19461-2022 titled as 'Khushboo Sethi Vs. State of Haryana and others' (Annexure P-27). -
