(ORAL) Custody certificate of the petitioner, as forwarded by learned State counsel to this Court through e-mail, is taken on the record. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition and he further submits that the petitioner is behind the bars for the last 01 year, 08 months, 13 days as on date as reflected in her custody certificate and he prays that the case pending before the trial Court be directed to be decided within some specific time frame. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. Resultantly, the present petition is hereby dismissed for having been withdrawn with a direction to learned trial Court to expedite the trial proceedings and to decide the case pending before it, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
