**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of writ petition, the petitioner was sought to be compulsorily retired at the age of 55 years.

Notice of motion was issued with interim order of stay of operation of the impugned order dated 16.10.2018. The aforesaid interim order remained in operation throughout. Now the petitioner stands retired on attaining the age of superannuation. The petitioner has been paid his retiral dues and he is also getting regular pension.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Baljinder Singh admits the aforesaid factual position. In view of aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition. Dismissed as having not pressed.
