(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.1- Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Revenue, Haryana to decide the Revision Petition No.294 of 2025 in a time bound manner and/or to decide the stay application filed by the petitioner along with the aforesaid revision petition.

On advance service of copy of petition, appears on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Subhash Chand, Reader to Divisional Commissioner, Hisar, submits that the stay application and also the revision petition filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent No.1- Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Revenue, Haryana for 10.09.2025 and in all probability the stay application HIMANI GUPTA 2025.09.03 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-25440-2025 (O&M) - - filed by the petitioner would be considered and decided by respondent No.1 (Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Revenue, Haryana)/competent Authority on the date fixed i.e. 10.09.2025 and in any case, not beyond a period of three weeks thereafter, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not raise any objection to the aforesaid course of action being adopted. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.
