Though several contentions are raised in the Writ Petition, we are not inclined to go into the said issue.

Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will make a request for settlement with the respondent/Bank and seeks a direction of the respondent/Bank to respond to the same.

Having regard to the said statement, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make request for settlement to the respondent/bank within one week from today and within three weeks of receipt of such request, the respondent shall respond to the same.
