The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.136 dated 06.08.2025, registered under Section 108 of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station City I, Sangrur, City Sangrur, District Sangrur, Punjab. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and, on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation.
