Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 06.10.2023 from Yamunanagar to Hisar, whereas, the petitioner has less than one year to go before his retirement, hence, the transfer order dated 06.10.2023 may kindly be set aside. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised his grievance before respondent No. 1 vide representation dated 09.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.
Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondentState and submits that in case, the representation dated 09.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of two weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate RIYA 2023.10.20 15:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
