Mr.Abhinav Aggarwal, Advocate for the petitioner. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner, who had applied to the post of Assistant in Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (respondent No.6), is a meritorious candidate but has been erroneously left out of the merit list. He further submits that the petitioner is at serial No.1 in the waiting list and some of the successful candidates do not have the requisite qualification and have also submitted dubious documents, that require verification. He also submits that the petitioner has sent a representation (Annexure P-8) in this regard and he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P8) in accordance with law. Issue notice to respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 7.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-8) in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
