Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.159 dated 20.07.2023, registered under Section 21, 27, 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ranjeet Avenue, District Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender; however, submits that regular bail of the petitioner be decided expeditiously. 3.

Disposed off accordingly.
